Introduction :

SZL Series assembled water tube boiler adopts longitudinal double drum chain grate boiler.
The boiler body is composed of up& down longitudinal drums and convection tube, best heating surface, high thermal efficiency, reasonable design, compact structure, elegant appearance, adequate effect.
Two side of Combustion chamber equipped the light pipe water wall tube, up drum equip steam separator device and the surface drainage equipment, and down drum equip the termly drainage equipment. The economizer was equipped in the end of the boiler, burning part is equipped the light chain grate ,can be mechanical feed coal, mechanical ventilation was by Air blower and draft fan and equipped with a spiral slag extractor to automatic slag.
Fuel from coal bucket fell on the grate into the furnace burning flame after arch refracted ,upward through the body combustor then go to the convection tube, after the passage of the economizer and dust remover, then by the Draft fan draw into flue ,then from the chimney to the atmosphere.

The products use Up and Down , two main assembly part, to transport. short installation period, the cost is low.
